A controlled route from AI interest to operational value.

Each engagement reduces a different kind of uncertainty: where to begin, whether an idea works, or how to embed it across the organisation.

Built for real constraints

Founder-led work across strategy, product, operations, data and governance. No preferred platform and no obligation to continue beyond the useful stage.

01 / Assess

Five working days

AI Readiness & Governance Assessment

Find the use cases worth pursuing and the conditions they need to succeed—before committing to a programme or platform.

Best whenPriorities are unclear or risk is slowing decisions
FormatInterviews, evidence review and decision workshop

You leave with:

  • A prioritised use-case portfolio tied to business outcomes
  • A readiness view across data, technology, controls and ownership
  • A practical governance and decision framework
  • A 90-day action plan and a clear recommendation on what not to do
Scope an assessment
02 / Prove

Four to six weeks

AI Sprint

Turn one bounded workflow into a working prototype, with the controls and operational evidence needed for a responsible scale decision.

Best whenA valuable workflow needs proof, not another slide deck
FormatDesign, build, test and handover in a controlled sprint

You leave with:

  • A mapped workflow and agreed measures of success
  • A working prototype using representative or approved data
  • A risk, controls and human-oversight design
  • A tested business case and scale, revise or stop recommendation
Scope a sprint
03 / Embed

Three months or longer

Embedded AI & Operations Leadership

Add experienced, cross-functional leadership while an internal capability, operating model or critical transformation takes shape.

Best whenDelivery crosses product, operations, risk and technology
FormatFractional or interim leadership with defined outcomes

Typical mandate:

  • Shape the AI operating model, roadmap and decision cadence
  • Align executive sponsors, delivery teams and control functions
  • Build adoption, measurement and portfolio governance
  • Develop internal owners and execute an explicit handover
Scope a mandate

How the work runs

Evidence before expansion.

Every stage has a defined decision, visible artefacts and an exit. The aim is useful capability, not permanent consultancy dependency.

01 / Frame

Define the work

Outcome, workflow, users, constraints and accountable sponsor.

02 / Control

Design the guardrails

Data, risk, oversight, security and evidence requirements.

03 / Prove

Test in context

Working artefacts, user feedback and operational measures.

04 / Own

Embed and hand over

Roles, routines, documentation and the next decision.

FAQ

Common questions.

Who is Sofpact best suited to?

Regulated and operationally complex organisations that need to choose, prove or embed AI in real workflows. Typical sponsors sit in operations, product, technology, risk or the executive team.

Do we need a defined AI use case?

No. The Assessment is designed for organisations with several ideas, unclear priorities or governance questions. A Sprint is more appropriate when one bounded workflow is already a credible candidate.

Does Sofpact build or only advise?

Both. The AI Sprint includes workflow design, a working prototype, testing and a scale, revise or stop recommendation. Production integration and ongoing operation are scoped according to the evidence and internal capability.

How is AI governance handled?

Controls are proportionate to the intended use. The work considers data protection, human oversight, security, evidence, sector obligations and the EU or UK context from the start—not as paperwork after a build.

Is Sofpact tied to a platform or model?

No. Recommendations follow the workflow, data, risk, integration and operating constraints. Sofpact does not require a preferred cloud, model or automation platform.

Where and in which languages do you work?

Sofpact works remotely across the UK, Bulgaria and wider Europe. The core website is available in English, German, French and Bulgarian. Engagements are normally delivered directly in English or Bulgarian; additional language support is agreed when required.

Not sure which stage fits?

Start with the constraint, not the package.
