AI training · half a day or one day · price on request

AI training built on your own work.

A half-day briefing for the people who decide, and a one-day workshop for the people who do the work, on their own tasks and the tools you already pay for. In English or Bulgarian, on site or online.

Led personally by Radko Diev, former COO and product owner of a regulated platform. Oxford AI Programme; AI credentials from Google Cloud, AWS and Microsoft.

When it fits

Three situations it is built for.

Teams already use AI, without agreed rules

People paste work into whichever tool they have. Nobody has said what is allowed, what must be checked, or what must never go in. The workshop ends with those rules agreed by the team that has to follow them, within your existing IT and data-protection policy.

Licences are paid for, and barely used

Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini seats are on the invoice and used for little more than emails. The workshop puts them to work on the team’s real tasks, so each person leaves with routines for their own job.

Leadership has to decide before it invests

Before the first AI investment, the people who approve it need the same picture: what the tools do, what they cost to run, where they fail and what to ask a vendor. The briefing gives them that, and a shortlist to decide from.

Two formats

One for the people who decide, one for the people who do the work.

Built by role, because the questions differ. One session for the whole company answers none of them well.

01

Leadership briefing

Half a day · up to 12 people

For the executive team and the managers who approve AI spending, with procurement, risk or audit where they join. What today’s tools can and cannot do in an operation like yours, shown on realistic documents; what AI costs to run, not just to start; the controls to insist on; and how to choose the first use. Ends with three to five candidate uses, each given a first-pass score on value, likely feasibility on the data you hold, risk and a proposed owner.

Fits whenLeadership needs one picture before it invests

02

Team workshop

One day · up to 12 people per group

For one team at a time: finance, operations, customer service, sales support or the office. Hands-on from the first hour, on the team’s own tasks: drafting, summarising, extracting figures from documents, comparing and checking. Each person builds two or three routines for their own job, and the team agrees one page of rules for using AI, within your company’s existing IT and data-protection policy.

A workshop day

How a workshop day runs.

Prepared with you beforehand, so the day is spent on your work rather than on a generic demonstration.

  1. Before

    Preparation call

An hour with the team lead: which tools you have, which tasks to practise on, and which documents may be used, agreed in writing.

  2. Morning

How the tools work and fail

Confident wrong answers, missing sources and what may go into which tool, shown live on the kind of documents the team handles.

  3. Afternoon

    Your own tasks, hands-on

Each person builds routines for their own job, and colleagues check each other’s results against the source.

  4. Within a week

    Written up

The team guide, the material and the training record, with a short note to leadership on the work worth automating.

What you keep

A record of what was done, not just the memory of a good day.

Four written pieces with every workshop, in the participants’ language and yours to reuse.

01

Role map

Which roles in the team use which AI tools, and for what. Drafted from the preparation call, so the day is built around them.

02

Team AI guide

One page per team: the tools allowed, what data may go where, who checks what, and when to escalate.

03

The material

Versioned and in the participants’ language, so new starters get the same content.

04

Training record

Who attended which session, when and on what content, with a date to review it. If anyone asks what the company did, this is the record to show.

Price

Price on request, fixed per group.

Every session is quoted in writing at a fixed price before work starts, after a short call about the teams and the tools. Ask for a quote

Several teams or groups are quoted as one programme. A leadership briefing is credited in full against an AI strategy discovery commissioned within 30 days. Clients in the EU are quoted in euros.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which tools do you train on?

The ones you already pay for: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude business plans. If you have none yet, business-grade trials on realistic sample documents. No tool or licence is sold to you, and Sofpact takes no commission from any vendor.

Can we use our own documents?

Yes, inside tools your company has approved and under a data-handling clause agreed in writing: what may be used, where it goes and when it is deleted. Where your rules do not allow it, the workshop runs on sample documents built for your function.

Does this cover the AI Act’s AI-literacy duty?

It follows what the duty points to: training by role, with a record of who received what and when. Whether that is enough for your organisation is a question for your counsel. Sofpact gives no legal advice and certifies nothing.

Is there a certificate?

Each participant gets a record of attendance listing the content covered. It is not a professional certification, and Article 4 of the AI Act does not name one.

Online or on site, and in which language?

Bulgarian or English. On site anywhere in Bulgaria, online anywhere, and on site in the UK by agreement. Groups are capped at twelve so that everyone works hands-on.

What happens after the training?

Nothing is assumed. If the day surfaces work worth automating, the note to leadership says so, and the next step, if any, is a working session or an AI strategy discovery.
