Website enquiries and AI diagnostic

Contact form

When you send the contact form, Sofpact uses your name, work email, organisation, selected topic and message to understand and respond to the enquiry. The information is emailed to hello@sofpact.com and stored as a private enquiry record in this website's administration area, which only Sofpact can access. It is not added to a marketing list and does not create a public account or profile. Limited technical information is used briefly to prevent spam and abuse, and the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs an automated check that you are not a bot.

AI Readiness Diagnostic

The diagnostic uses your answers, email, company and optional name to generate the on-screen result and downloadable report. On submission it emails Sofpact a concise notification and stores the same private enquiry record described above, so Radko may respond about the result. It does not add you to a marketing list. An IP-based rate limit reduces abuse; the IP address is not stored with the record. The output is directional and is not an audit, compliance assessment or legal advice.

Retention and rights

Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and are then deleted automatically, unless the enquiry has become an active client relationship — in which case only the necessary record is retained under the applicable business record policy. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact hello@sofpact.com; requests are actioned using the standard export and erasure tools built into this website.
